How can I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go! There are two ways to cancel your subscription with us:

Through your Vialma account:

Log in using the email address and password you used to create your Vialma account
Click on the 'My Account' tab on the top right corner of your screen and then select 'Account settings' in the drop-down menu

An option to unsubscribe will appear in the 'Subscription' section of the page
Click on it, fill out our short feedback survey and your cancellation will be finalised! PS: Note that you will still be able to access your account until the end of your last billing cycle

By emailing us : Simply drop us an email at info@vialma.com stating your intention to cancel. Allow up to _48 hours _for your request to be processed.

How can I switch between Vialma Classical and Jazz?

To switch between Vialma's classical and jazz catalogues, simply do the following:

On the top left of the menu bar, you'll find 'Classical' or 'Jazz' depending on which page you're already on.

**Click **on the arrow next to it, then click on the page you'd like to access.

And that's it! Have fun browsing through our catalogue :)

I forgot my password

Accepted Answer

If you forgot your password, follow these easy steps:

go on Vialma's homepage and click on "log in"
right below the log in form, you'lll see the "forgot password" link
click on it and fill in your email address: you'll be sent an automatic password renewal email.
beware: if you own several email addresses, be sure to fill in the one that's linked to your Vialma account !

How can I delete one of my playlists?

Accepted Answer

To delete a playlist, follow these simple steps:

Go to the Vialma homepage
Click on "My library" on the top banner
Click on "My playlists"

Click on "Edit"
Click on the red icon next to the playlist you want to delete (here, we're deleting "Liszt")
You can then click on "Done"
